Mat trainingIf you would only visit a licensed physician, then it only makes sense that you would train with a certified professional. Our fitness professionals are all certified through nationally recognized organizations and are guaranteed to deliver you with the finest program design to suit your needs. These fitness professionals are available for Orientation sessions as well as both One-on-One and Group Training.

Orientation
Orientation sessions will help you become self-sufficient in the club and feel comfortable and confident with the exercises and equipment your Trainer has chosen for you.  Your Trainer will start a program card for you, containing the equipment, settings, weight, number of repetitions, and number of sets. You can then use your program card to follow your fitness program on your own.  Fitness Concepts membership includes three Orientation sessions.


One-on-One Training
Allow one of our nationally recognized certified personal trainers to aid you in assessing and surpassing your current fitness level. Our trainers use clinically proven programs with an individualized approach ranging from corrective exercise techniques through strength and power development. Our trainers are qualified to work safely and effectively with members of all ages and skill levels. Personal fitness training features a motivating one-on-one method that strives to exceed workout experience expectations! The benefits received from professional training sessions go well beyond reaching goals. During each session individuals experience proper exercise technique, posture, and movement which will ultimately lead to a pain and injury free lifestyle. Gain the advantage by working with a trainer and recognize your true potential!

Kettlebell Training
Balls of Iron
They’re awkward. They ain’t pretty. But they’re fun, and they get the job done. Burn fat and get stronger without the torment of fad diets or prolonged cardio! Kettlebell is an ultimate fitness training program combining aerobic and weight training to enhance weight loss, increase functional strength and flexibility, and shape and tone the muscles.

Kettlebell Training allows you to get both muscle stimulating strength work, explosive speed building work, and unbelievable endurance work all at the same time. That means it fits perfectly within our alternative conditioning style. It stimulates the muscles, and blows cardio out of the water without taking away from strength. The shape of the kettlebell lends itself to unique exercises and it’s odd center of gravity forces the body to do more work, stabilizing and creating explosive movement with the bell. The Australian Navy is now using Kettlebells because of the comprehensive results they yield in such a short time. Intro to Group Personal Training

Come and try out the biggest craze in fitness right now…. Group Personal Training! This group is designed for ALL fitness levels and will include (but are NOT limited to) agility training, plyometrics, strength training, and cardio work. Get a FULL body workout and leave you wanting more!



Intermediate Sports Conditioning
Taking Fitness to the Next Level
This group is for a member who is at a low/medium level of fitness. In this class, members will perform movement patterns that relate to sport, daily life activities, recreation and active hobbies. Kettlebells, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls, machines, and free weights are all part of this challenging workout.


 

This program is perfect for beginners but can cater to the best of fitness abilities as well.  


Advanced Sports Conditioning
                                                                   
Improve daily performance and train for the sport of life!                                             
This group is for a member who is currently at a medium/high fitness level and is looking for a challenge. Expect a faster pace and higher intensity than the Intermediate Sports Conditioning Sessions.

  

                                                                  
MomFit
Train for the sport of motherhood!

This program is designed to train you for the SPORT of motherhood. We all know that childbirth and being a mom does a number on your body. Core conditioning, strength, agility and cardio intervals are all part of this workout. Be fitter than before you had kids…. BootCamp
 Take Your Body on an Adventure
No fancy equipment. No complicated machines. BootCamp requires you, your intensity, and your commitment! Challenge your body with exercises that use you for resistance and become stronger in just a matter of weeks.

Want to get your kids moving and engaged in a fitness program? Kid Fitness is a designed for all fitness levels and ages 10-13. The class, which is designed specifically for children, is fun and physically challenging. Great for active kids…Great for kids who NEED to be active.
