What is a duathlon?
A duathlon is an athletic event consisting of running and cycling.
Who should participate?
- People Looking for a massive calorie burn while having fun.
- Anyone looking to improve their running and cycling ability.
-Everyone looking for weight management without using scales and calipers.
-Those looking for a well rounded cardio conditioning routine without any guess work.
What does the workshop consist of?
-Fear not, running will be limited! Running specific strength training will be coached each session to improve the foot and ankle complex, increase knee stability, and enhance hip mobility.
-Cycling will be coached using our cycling studio so your own bike is not necessary.
-Heart rate specific training will be addressed. No HR monitor, no problem!
-Nutritional tips for successful training and event preparation.

Feb 10, 17, 24 - March 3
When registering please specify Wed or Sun class preference.
